Your message is delivered by email to ZHI’s mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. The website is served by Cloudflare. Both act as service providers to ZHI and process the data only to provide these services.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet ZHI’s legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
